Where We Ship
Gridiron Beef ships to destinations within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to addresses outside the contiguous U.S. If you have a question about a specific destination, contact us before ordering.
How Your Order Ships
Our products are perishable. Boxed beef is hand-cut, packed in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel coolant to maintain temperature in transit, and shipped to your door. Larger commercial and wholesale orders may ship via refrigerated (reefer) freight. Because dry ice sublimates over time, shipping methods and timing are selected to keep your product safe on arrival.
Shipping Options, Cost, and Timing
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. We offer Ground and Air options where available; Ground service is limited to regions we can reach within the transit window that keeps perishable product safe, and Air is available to further destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown or described at checkout. To protect product quality, orders may be scheduled to ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit holds.
Cattle Shares and Pre-Orders
Bulk cattle shares and certain pre-order items are custom-processed. For these orders, please allow the fulfillment window noted on the product (typically 2–4 weeks), and note that shipping for bulk shares may be calculated and billed once final processed weight is determined. Any deposit and balance terms are shown on the applicable product.
Delivery Issues and Perishable Product
Someone should be available to receive and promptly refrigerate or freeze your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the information below so we can make it right. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle these situations.
Local Pickup
Where offered, local pickup is available at our Iowa facility at no shipping charge. Pickup availability and instructions are provided at or after checkout for eligible orders.
